From
the Golgo plateau we travel along the “Codula di Sisine” river bed to
arrive at a car park from where we set off on foot (30 min walk) towards
the beautiful beach of Cala Sisine. The excursionists can spend the
afternoon at leisure, relaxing on the beach or swimming in the
crystal-clear sea. On the way back we stop at Golgo to visit the church
of San Pietro (built in 17st century), the famous chasm “Su
Sterru” (270 m sheer drop) the deepest in Europe and “As Piscinas”
renowned Nuragic pools. Our last stop is “Belvedere” panoramic spot from
where you can admire the
whole of Ogliastra. |
